Excellent communications skills are key to success in this role as you will be providing a technical support facility for all architects and admin staff for any hardware and software problems they may encounter.
You will be responsible for examining the existing IT systems, analysing systems requirements and undertaking the development of processes as required. Working closely with the IT Manager and wider team, you will be implementing, configuring and testing feasible solutions, specifying cost, timeframe and system requirements.
