    A fast growing and much exhibited Product Design practice is seeking a proactive and charming Sales Manager to become a valuable part of the studio’s continued development. With a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in the design or related industries, you will be working alongside the Directors to develop domestic and international business strategies.

    The successful candidate will be able to structure and lead the Sales team by setting targets and reviewing performances. With a great knowledge of the business development strategies in retail, trade and wholesale markets, you will monitor them and drive the sales of resellers. Being able to oversee the end-to-end sales process is essential, as you will coordinate with the Sales Administrators and organise contract sales. Fee forecasting and assessing stock requirements is equally paramount.

With 1-2 years’ experience in the Architectural or Engineering industries, the successful candidate will have knowledge in the implementation of Quality Assurance procedures.

    With a driven and positive outlook, you will become heavily involved in auditing projects and producing Policy documents to aid teams.     Passionate Part Time Gallery Assistant for Internationally Renowned Commercial Art Gallery

    £20,000 - £25,000 FTE

    A highly prestigious and multi award-winning architectural gallery are seeking a proactive and articulate Gallery Assistant to ensure the smooth running of the gallery space. This is a part time position for 20 hours over 4 days a week.

    You will be responsible for providing a professional and friendly welcome to all visitors to the Gallery, as well as booking and organising meetings, tours and appointments and assisting with the coordination of listings for gallery programmes/events/exhibitions

    Marketing plays a large part in the role and the successful candidate will have previous experience managing social media, liaising with press and collating articles and photography relating to the gallery. Excellent graphics skills and confidence with Photoshop/InDesign is also essential as you will be editing brochures and gallery literature, assisting with the creation of new literature, initiating new signage, labels and pricing information etc.

    You will also be responsible for monthly stocktake and sales reports, manging facilities and liaising with contractors and financial admin including collating and filing receipts/data for the accounts team.

    The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills, including Excel, Photoshop and Illustrator. You will also have previous experience of social media scheduling software and email marketing platforms.     Wholesale Focused Finance Manager for Highly Creative Graphic Design/Illustration Studio

    An outstanding Finance Manager with previous experience of accounting for retail and wholesale environments is needed to join a lively graphic design studio with a hugely creative and vibrant portfolio.

    You will provide strategic financial and business services direction to the organisation, working closely with the Commercial Manager and Directors. Previous experience of licensing accounting is also highly desirable, alongside the essential experience of a finance role within retail of commercial environment.

    You will be responsible for day to day financial control and management, financial reporting, and implementing budgets. You will also be managing annual accounts and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, as well as providing assessments and presentations of financial implications of various business development strategies.

    An excellent understanding of multiple financial systems is essential, especially stock management systems such as K3 and Xero/Sage and how they integrate.
