25 strong Architectural studio in North London seeks Finance-savvy Studio Manager

A finance-savvy Studio Manager is required to join a 25 strong Architectural studio in North London. The studio works on some of the most iconic buildings around the UK, the Studio Manager fulfils a critical function supporting a team of Architects, Designers and Directors. With a broad overview of HR, Finance, Marketing operations and running the studio space, you must thrive in a fast-paced role for a creative team, ensuring clear communications with a solutions-focused approach. This is a hugely exciting and progressive opportunity for an experienced Studio Manager from the Creative or Design industries to become an integral part of this dynamic team and shape a career-defining role as their projects go from strength-to-strength.

This studio has successfully fostered an excellent working environment, developing professional development initiatives, regular team outings and a collaborative structure. The incoming Studio Manager will continue this by injecting fresh ideas and becoming the in-house figurehead of culture. Very proactive, forward-thinking in your approach, you will masterfully balance a roster of operational duties, team engagement activities and marketing/business development support. Combining facilities tasks, HR administration, PA support to the Directors, financial coordination, client event planning and liaison with a range of PR, Marketing and Copywriting Consultants, as well as any required support tasks, this role is set to organically develop with the successful candidate’s progression in the role.

Solid understanding of financial processes is essential. In this role you will be working closely with the Director and your responsibilities will include processing suppliers’ invoices, preparing suppliers BACS payment run, post payments to SAGE 50 Accounts, processing suppliers’ invoices and matching purchase orders to suppliers’ invoice.
