Architectural Studio seeks PR & Submissions Coordinator required for Fixed-term Contract

Award-winning Architectural Studio seeks talented communications professional to join their Communications team on a fixed term contract basis. The successful candidate will oversee PR duties and awards submissions and ensure a high quality is maintained throughout each of these activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented communications professional, who possesses industry relevant knowledge, to join and collaborate with a dynamic, trailblazing architectural firm and progress your career during a busy and exciting time for the practice.


Reporting to the Head of Communications, responsibilities include overseeing and monitoring the awards calendar, researching new awards opportunities and collating, editing and writing copy for award submissions. The PR & Submissions Coordinator will utilise their excellent writing and proofreading skills to ensure the production of compelling submissions and possess the ability to select appropriate and informative photographs that capture the essence of a project.


In addition to this, the PR & Submissions Coordinator will be preparing and coordinating press information, responding to press enquiries, preparing content for external communications and produce project information packs. A great understanding and command of Adobe Creative Suite will be required when producing presentations and collating information for speaking opportunities.
