    A highly celebrated Civil & Structural Engineering Consultancy is searching for a committed PA to a busy Director. A solid working knowledge of InDesign is essential for this role, as the successful candidate will be creating bespoke documents and presentation materials to the highest standard.

    Operating within a team of dedicated, hard-working and collaborative PAs, you must have the same ethic with a positive outlook and competency at problem-solving when confronted with challenges. With this, you will become an instrumental part of a sociable, structured and supportive team, where all individuals are respected, and successes are shared. Specific responsibilities will include the below:

    • Complex diary management for Director across time-zones
    • Scheduling internal and external meetings
    • Compiling and circulating agendas and relevant information in connection to meetings
    • Managing domestic and international travel
    • Reconciling all expenses
    • Minute-taking at Senior Management meetings
    • Conducting research on behalf of and in-line with Directors projects
    • Preparing tailored bid documents and presentations using InDesign
    • Providing ad-hoc support to other Directors
    • Working across the wider business in a support capacity ensuring all business needs are met
    To be considered, you must have superb organisational and time-management skills, able to meet the demands of multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines.     Bids-savvy Part-time EA for Influential Interior Design Collective (Contract)

    Are you an unflappable and proactive EA with a great awareness of PR and Press? We are searching for an outstanding EA to a high-profile Director of a much-publicised Interior Design studio. To be considered, you must possess immaculate listening skills, have a brilliant command of the written word and a flair for inspiring and persuasive language. Samples of versatile and relevant writing will need to be evidenced.

    This is a part-time role (3 days a week) for a maternity cover contract of c.6-12 months. As a dynamic practice creating arresting and diverse projects, the successful candidate will need to be able to respond to complex and detailed design briefs. You will swiftly develop an in-depth understanding of the studio’s style, ethos and portfolio to best represent it in a range of creative copy, including PQQs, bid submissions and client communication on behalf of the Director. Sometimes this will require interpreting design concepts or abstract text and turning them in to eloquent, non-technical and engaging long and short copy.

    To facilitate successful submissions and questionnaires, the part-time EA will be a strategic, speedy Researcher able to source information on potential clients and projects and feed back to the wider team efficiently. Passionate about communication, teamwork, variety and the design sphere, you will be inquisitive and enjoy investigating new ideas, precedents and areas for business growth.

    In addition, the EA will work closely with the Director in a variety of tasks from inbox management, writing press releases and preparing for interviews to summarising lengthy briefing documents. It is essential that you have a high-level of initiative, self-motivation, time management and be an effective gate-keeper/multi-tasker to stay on top of project development and impending deadlines.
