    Outstanding Furniture Consultancy Firm required a Confident & Robust FF&E Procurement Project Manager

    An amazing opportunity has arisen for a talented individual to join leading Furniture Consultancy with a rapidly-growing international client list as FF&E Project Manager. The successful individual will deliver large-scale procurement projects and lead new business acquisitions. This is a maternity cover for a fixed-term contract of at least 8 months, with the possibility of a permanent role thereafter.

    Combining organisation, creativity, industry expertise, superb interpersonal skills and an ambition to cultivate new business opportunities, you will manage multiple FF&E projects from initial enquiry and conception through to installation. Focusing on the Commercial, Hospitality and Residential sectors across international markets, you will be responsible for every business decision and possess excellent negotiation skills to overcome all potential barriers. Able to motivate and influence a talented team, your proven track record will provide direction and ensure delivery of ambitious projects on time and on budget. As part of this role, you will be regularly working with some of the industry’s top Architects and Interior Designers for some of the world’s leading business groups.

    To be considered, candidates must have a minimum of 5 years Project Management experience on FF&E procurement projects, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role. With extensive knowledge of the Furniture industry, you will be familiar with commercial suppliers of FF&E, fabrics, materials and finishes, as well as proficiency in FF&E scheduling, budgeting and programming.

    Experienced and IT Savvy Studio Assistant with Marketing Experience required for Exciting Architecture Studio

    A wonderful opportunity for an energetic and ambitious individual with strong administration experience to join a vibrant team! The Studio Assistant will be the sole support-person in a fast-paced team of 8 Designers and will work closely with the Directors to deliver excellent multidisciplinary support at the very heart of the Practice.

    Successful candidates will hold fantastic team playing skills whilst also being able to work well autonomously. Taking a lead in the day-to-day running of the studio, responsibilities will include:

    • Facilities – Liaising with the premise’s Landlord and Building Maintenance team and leading negotiations on insurance policies and renewals
    • Finance – Overseeing payroll, raising invoices, and collating relevant data for financial forecasting and reviews
    • PA support - Managing the diaries of two busy Directors, organising meetings, domestic and international business trips and making all necessary travel arrangements
    • HR – Maintaining immaculate personnel records and logging all holiday requests and absences. Being the first point-of-contact with Recruitment agencies, coordinating interviews and the onboarding/induction process. Preparing employment contracts and scheduling annual appraisals
    • Front of House – Welcoming visitors to the studio space, answering and redirecting incoming calls and monitoring the company inbox
    • Studio Coordination – Keeping track and reordering office supplies/consumables, negotiating contracts with suppliers, ensuring a perfectly tidy studio space, booking out meeting rooms and arranging refreshments and equipment are prepared accordingly
    • Event Coordination – Overseeing all internal and external events including social events, staff birthdays and planning CPD seminars
    • Marketing & New Business – creating new content for social media platforms, producing client presentations and supporting the compilation of competition submissions (using InDesign)

    To be considered, you must have proven experience in a similar support position in a creative studio. Previous experience working within an architectural practice would be advantageous. Great Knowledge MS Word, Excel and Outlook and Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Hootsuite, Mailchimp and WordPress is essential.

This is a wonderful opportunity to join a highly-respected practice in a pivotal position that provides first-class support to project teams and project leaders.

    Primarily reporting to the Director and Associate Directors, the Team Coordinator will be responsible for managing their diaries, inboxes, meetings and travel engagements. This role will also involve supporting Senior Management in the implementation of practice management duties (setting up internal design and technical reviews, inviting panels and reporting results back to the group), and formatting project-related correspondence such as letters, minutes, agendas and memos using Project Management software, Workspace. Also assisting the wider team, you will be keeping the Document Control system updated with contact, correspondence and crucial documents, as well as preparing design reports using InDesign (great layout skills are a must!). Carrying out research and sourcing specific information for bids, tenders and presentations will form an important part of the Team Coordinator’s remit. Always with an eye for improvement, you will continually strive to optimise processes and efficiencies.

    This role would suit a meticulous and process-driven individual who holds previous experience working within a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates must have great IT skills and possess a proactive and ‘can do’ attitude.

    We are searching for a confident and well-rounded Bid Manager with extensive experience of compiling Practice Profiles, SQs, ITTs, PQQs, bid submissions, competition entries and tenders within the Built Environment. Similar former roles in large Architecture Practices are advantageous. Above all, the successful candidate will have a fantastic set of requisite skills – time management, able to prioritise, great team coordination, be an effective communicator able to understand and assimilate key project information and be graphics-savvy producing high-quality output.
