Dedicated and Dynamic Practice Manager required for Design Firm

Calling all Practice Managers! A dedicated, proactive and organised individual is required to join a sociable and exciting Architectural Practice. Overseeing HR functions and facilities duties, this role would suit an industrious individual who holds experience working within a fast-paced and large design practice.


To be considered, the successful individual will possess strong knowledge of employment law and various HR processes, in addition to possessing experience in overseeing recruitment procedures, managing lifecycle of employees, coordinating staff reviews, overseeing staff training, and managing welfare and admin budgets. You will be the ‘go-to-person’ for all HR aspects and will also be responsible for maintaining and managing facilities duties which includes health and safety, management of multiple maintenance contracts and preparing facilities and welfare budgets.


The ideal candidate will have outstanding leadership and communication skills as you will be attending regular Management meetings, managing the in-house creative support team, and overseeing regular design review processes.


Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality and experience of Quality Assurance/Management is also a must.
