Notable Architectural Firm seeks Awards & PR Coordinator Maternity-Cover Contract

Notable Architectural Firm requires an industry-savvy individual to oversee award entries and PR duties on a fixed term contract basis. Joining a talented and enthusiastic communications team, the successful candidate will join on a 9-month maternity cover contract and oversee a myriad of exciting duties relating to the firm’s communication, press and submission activities.


The successful candidate will ideally come from a similar role and possess industry-related experience. It is important the successful candidate is motivated, fastidious and above all, be a team-player. Responsibilities will include:


Coordinating and producing awards submissions to a consistently high-standard

Managing and updating the awards calendar

Research new awards opportunities

Collate, edit and write copy for award submissions

Prepare and coordinate press information

Respond to press enquiries

Prepare content for external communications

Produce project information packs

Produce presentations and collate information for speaking opportunities

Coordinate appropriate images and photography


To be considered, candidates must have at least 2 years experience compiling and coordinating awards entries, experience working with press, and possess a wide range of communications and marketing experience. This role would suit an enthusiastic individual who has excellent writing, coordination and organisation skills, and can demonstrate a genuine interest in architecture and design.

Adobe Creative Suite proficiency is essential!
