Outstanding PA or Team Assistant seeking progression in the Built Environment

A pioneering Engineering Consultancy is seeking a resilient and focused PA to support 3 Directors. This is a highly varied and unconventional PA role that steps beyond the traditional remit and would suit an ambitious PA, Team Assistant or Marketing Assistant with excellent time management skills.

Assisting a Partner and Design Directors pivotal to the Business Development structure, the PA support team serve a critical function in liaising with existing and potential clients as well as creating high-quality, tailored presentations within important time frames. The successful candidate must possess a solid sense of organisation, a sharp attention to detail across multiple tasks, be calm under pressure and aim for excellent results with first-class support. As PA, you will liaise closely with a friendly, experienced PA in assisting a Senior Partner across professional and lecturing commitments. This will include coordinating with prestigious Universities worldwide on lecture set-ups, confirming itineraries and producing any supporting materials, as well as maintaining a comprehensive CRM database by updating it with important information for new business purposes, campaigns and mail-outs.

Another integral aspect to this role is utilising InDesign for a range of collateral – presentations, bid submissions, OJEU tenders, questionnaires and company profiles. Knowledge of preparing similar collateral is beneficial, especially within Architecture or the Built Environment.

Additional key tasks will include:

Complex diary management, including the scheduling of international travel and internal/external meetings and events

Coordinating travel and accommodation

Preparation of reports, fee proposals and itineraries

Expenses reconciliation

Assisting Design Directors with planning important company events

This is a complex and rewarding position within a hard-working, collaborative team. It is essential that you bring a versatile and positive approach with strength of character, friendly communication skills and the ability to work meaningfully as part of a group. Prior PA experience is not essential, but a superb understanding of administration and the drive to succeed in pressured situations is vital.
