Sustainability-led Consultancy with Futuristic Projects seeks Talented Project Coordinator

A design-led Integrated Engineering Consultancy is searching for a forward-thinking individual to oversee project and operational admin. The Practice Coordinator will have proven skills across Document Control, maintaining Quality Management Systems, setting up documents to a high specification and a superb attention to data, figures and detail. This is a highly process-led role at the centre of a research-based Design team delivering cutting-edge, smarter developments on a global scale.

 

Using your advanced skills in Excel, the Practice Coordinator will assist Directors and Project Managers in forecasting data, preparing client invoices and fee proposals and financial reporting. You will ensure compliance with QMS procedures (as well as carry out internal audits) and adapt to in-house systems and processes swiftly, demonstrating a solid level of IT capability. Ensuring flawless Document Control Management on all projects will be essential. In addition, this role requires a bid and tenders-savvy individual familiar with industry processes to produce tailored, high-quality documents, as well as other early project stage reports. A solid working knowledge of InDesign is highly beneficial but not essential.

 

Stepping beyond a traditional Project Coordinator role, the successful candidate will become a lynchpin within the London office’s operations facilitating internal/external events, discreetly handling sensitive project information between Directors and Project Leaders, managing inboxes and diaries, booking travel and minute-taking for senior management meetings. You will also have a critical role in promoting an enjoyable and productive office culture by establishing meaningful working relationships with key teams in the wider group and supporting immediate team members with a versatile, ‘can do’ approach and quick-thinking problem-solving ability.

 

With great anticipation and troubleshooting skills, the Practice Coordinator always remains two steps ahead of project and operational admin and proactively advises the leadership team on any upcoming responsibilities.
