Talented Bid Coordinator with Excellent Writing Skills required for UK-Leading Architecture Practice

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Bid Coordinator, with at least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role, to join a celebrated Architectural firm who holds a recognisable presence in Residential, Mixed-Use and Masterplanning sectors. We are seeking a generalist Bid Coordinator with fantastic writing and visual communication skills who can confidently coordinate and devise a range of material within their talented Communications team.

 

Reporting to the Head of Communications and collaborate with Design Teams and Studio Manager to deliver high-quality bid documents, EOIs, PQQs, case studies, competitions entries and award submissions, you will have an oversight of tasks including monitoring tender portals and OJEU notices, and present relevant opportunities to the management team. A varied and dynamic role, responsibilities will also include writing and distributing press releases, producing marketing materials, planning social media campaigns and generating assets, producing high-quality online and offline marketing collateral, adhering to brand identity and values, coordinating client events, seminars and public consultations, planning MIPIM schedules with key meetings and speaker opportunities, overseeing internal communications and intranet updates, presenting proposals for communications initiatives and maintaining an up-to-date library of project photography and image assets.

 

Proficiency in InDesign and Photoshop is essential.
