Working in conjunction with the Creative Directors, external Marketing Consultant and wider Design team, the successful candidate will use their expertise to strategically leverage collateral across online and offline platforms to generate new leads and arrange high-value meetings. You will proactively keep up with current topics, trends and updates from the Consumer and Retail industries (and related media) to meaningfully connect the company’s innovative vision and ethos with key markets. Sourcing information about important movers and shakers in the sector will be a key responsibility alongside working with the Designers to extract potential from existing projects for potential new opportunities.


The Business Development Manager will build constructive working relationships at all levels with teams and external Consultants, but especially with the Directors by analysing the success of marketing messaging and materials to better inform future strategy, content generation and thought leadership.


To be considered, you will have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role for relevant design-based industries – Architecture, Design Consultancies or Experiential Agencies. Connections with Retailers and knowledge of the Tech and Telecomms industries is highly advantageous, but not essential. Exceptional positivity, superb planning and time management skills, an ambitious and results-focused workflow and ability to collaborate effectively with a team, but also work autonomously are crucial attributes we’re looking for.
